After completing his studies, ND invested 17 transformative years at ICF Zurich, where he served as a youth pastor and leadership coach. His tenure at ICF Zurich saw him deeply involved in mentoring young individuals and shaping future leaders.

In 2013, ND, along with his family, embarked on a new chapter by relocating to Siem Reap, Cambodia. There, he founded ICF Cambodia. A church and NGO with a vision to Empower Cambodia. Under ND's visionary leadership, ICF Cambodia has flourished, becoming a hub for positive change in the region.

Martin has cultivated a diverse and accomplished professional career in mechanical engineering, marketing, sales, and leadership roles across various industries. Martin has been deeply involved in leadership development for over 20 years. He played a pivotal role in establishing a Leadership School in Switzerland, where he imparted essential skills and knowledge to emerging leaders. His dedication to nurturing leadership talent extended to his work in founding a church.

As a member of the Board of Directors at ICF Cambodia, Martin continues to provide strategic oversight and guidance. Stephanie is a design/business professional holding a B.S. in Interior Design with extensive experience in interior, graphic, and web design. Beyond design, Stephanie has worked in event management and logistics in New York City and she has founded and managed two businesses. A key part of Stephanie's journey includes leadership roles in ministry, where she guided and inspired hundreds of volunteers.

Her career combines creativity and strategic thinking, enabling her to excel in various roles and industries. These experiences have honed her leadership skills and deepened her commitment to helping others develop their potential.

Currently, Stephanie is Head of Marketing and Communications at ICF Cambodia and a certified John Maxwell Team Member.

Matt holds a Master of Science degree from a prestigious global university. With over 25 years of leadership experience, Matt has become a recognized expert in operational management, human resources, administration, and process optimization. His career is marked by a deep commitment to excellence and a passion for driving organizational success through innovative strategies and effective team management.

His strong entrepreneurial background has equipped him with the skills to navigate complex business environments and identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

Eddie is a dynamic leader, entrepreneur, and mentor with a Master’s in Secondary Education, a Project Management certification, with over 25 years of experience equipping leaders across 13+ countries. Beyond his expertise in education and leadership, he built his own successful real estate business, demonstrating his ability to turn vision into reality.

In 2016, Eddie moved to Cambodia with his family to start a new life in Siem Reap. During that time, he embraced his calling as a pastor, leading ICF Siem Reap to become one of the fastest-growing churches in Cambodia. Now a Cambodian citizen and a member of the ICF Board of Directors, he plays a key role in shaping governance and policies to sustain long-term impact

I hold a Bachelor's degree from Bible College and have dedicated my life to theological education and ministry. My academic background has provided me with a strong foundation in biblical studies and spiritual leadership.

For ten years, I had the privilege of teaching at a Bible college, where I guided and mentored students in their theological journey. Additionally, I served as Vice Dean for six years, contributing to the institution's academic and spiritual growth.

Currently, I serve as an outreach associate pastor at ICF Cambodia, focusing on spreading the gospel and engaging with communities in need. My role allows me to build relationships and extend God’s love to people from diverse backgrounds.

With 14 years of experience in preaching and public speaking, I am passionate about leadership and outreach. My mission is to inspire, equip, and serve others by sharing the Word of God and fostering strong, faith-driven communities.
